We accept no liability for the content encoded in QR codes generated through TwentyOneTools.
Paid subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. All prices are displayed in your local currency where available, with GBP (British Pounds Sterling) as the base currency.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. Contact billing@twentyonetools.com for a full refund within the first 30 days.

TwentyOneTools is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that generated QR codes will be scannable on every device or in every environment, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TwentyOneTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.
TwentyOneTools integrates with Google (for sign-in) and Stripe (for payments). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms. In cases of serious violation, no refund will be issued.
